Far Infrared Sauna
Our dry sauna utilizes infrared heaters to emit far infrared light experienced as radiant heat which is absorbed by the surface of the skin heating the body directly without warming the air around you.
Infrared saunas are an effective healing and prevention tool that can jump-start a commitment to a healthier lifestyle and maintain good health for many years to come.
Infrared light is the invisible part of the sun’s spectrum. The light waves go deep into your tissues to raise your core temperature, which burns calories, boosts metabolism, and helps to dislodge toxins stored in cells.
Infrared saunas don’t require the excruciatingly hot temperatures that are characteristic of a traditional sauna. While regular saunas help you sweat, infrared saunas are proven to be more effective for releasing toxins through sweat due to the far infrared rays. Far Infrared Waves are the long frequency waves that increases the core temperature of the body for a deep sweat at the cellular level where most toxins are stored.
They function optimally at much lower temperatures of approximately 110 to 150 degrees F. By comparison, the average air temperature in a traditional sauna can easily reach up to 200 degrees F. This significant temperature difference makes infrared saunas much more comfortable and can provide greater clarity of mind.
Halotherapy aka Dry Salt Therapy
Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, mimics the microclimate of a salt cave. It involves breathing in air infused with tiny, pharmacuetical-grade salt particles and is considered a natural treatment for respiratory and skin conditions.
Dry salt is super absorbent and has natural anti inflammatory & antimicrobial properties. Inhaled, the salt causes mucus to thin making it easier to expel pathogens, pollutants & debris.
Our halogenerator produces optimal salt particle size and distribution ensuring deep penetration into the respiratory system for maximized therapeutic effects.
CHROMOLIGHT THERAPY
Chromotherapy (“light therapy”) is the application of visible light, the color spectrum, to aid in the purpose of tissue regeneration and healing. Light is electromagnetic radiation (energy emitted as particles or waves) and each color of the spectrum has a unique wavelength that has a different impact on our bodies.

All Sauna sessions come with Chromolight Therapy, bluetooth connection for your streaming of choice, a towel for sitting on, a towel for drying off & a cool eucalyptus towel for your face upon exiting the sauna. We encourage our clients to bring their own water bottle as we provide a water station to ensure proper hydration while using our services.
